Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Oversees and manages day to day program activities, issues, and risks. Develops and maintains project risk mitigation plans and manages project charter and scope. | 1 | 40% | • | Organizes, engages, and leads program teams including community members, sub-committees, project teams, etc. | 2 | 15% | • | Oversees program budget and quality assurance. Ensures allowable spending based on guidelines. | 3 | 10% | • | Maintains, updates, and provides program reporting in accordance to programmatic guidelines. May establish measures of success and acceptance criteria. | 4 | 15% | • | Leads relevant procurement process as needed for program implementation and evaluation including develop, negotiate, and review contracts. | 5 | 5% | • | May prepare and give presentation to senior management, stakeholders and community partners and elected officials. | 6 | 5% | • | May adopt strategies to effectively engage individuals with lived experience as decision-makers and leaders. | 7 | 5% | • | May pursue additional funding and support for opioid use prevention work, including grant writing and pursuing technical assistance from state and national resources. | 8 | 5% | | | | | | | |
