Administers senior level planning and administrative support to the Director and Assistant Directors. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Conducts and coordinates all hiring processes, to include contacting/setting up interviews, and coordinating all pre-screening employment requirements, all while ensuring all recruitment policies are adhered to throughout the hiring process. Creates requisitions to post departmental job vacancies, creates or edits applicant screening questions, monitors/maintains position open and close dates, screens and refers candidates, coordinates interviews, manages candidate status updates in applicant tracking system (Advantage). Prepares/completes all new hire paperwork and coordinates on-boarding. | 1 | 45% | • | Coordinates the background investigation record checks by running the required checks consisting of: credit check, criminal history checks, Driver's history, and AOC/Odyssey. Coordinates the polygraph examination and psychological evaluation, and the pre-employment drug test. Facilitates communication between applicants, background investigators, and Assistant Directors during the background check investigation. | 2 | 20% | • | Acts as the Executive Assistant administering senior level planning and administrative support to the CCBI Director and Assistant Directors. Handles confidential administrative processes including the processing of performance evaluations, personnel actions, reorganizations and legal actions, including collecting documentation and transcribing interviews when needed. Serves on committees as a representative of the department | 3 | 20% | • | Responsible for overseeing and managing the random drug testing program for all CCBI employees on a quarterly basis, unless otherwise directed by the director, and ensures compliance and accuracy throughout the program. Additionally, responsible for transcribing all recordings and notes related to internal investigations within the agency. | 4 | 5% | • | Serves as the CCBI internship program coordinator. Coordinates policies, procedures and guidelines for the CCBI Internship program.Selection process of applicants. Provides supervision of selected interns during semesters.
