Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Coordinate team operations and service delivery through oversite of staff. Evaluate the work of staff and ensure proper documentation and records for clients served and policies and procedures are followed. | 1 | 30% | • | Provide guidance and consultation on complex cases, including risk management, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. | 2 | 30% | • | Provide direct clinical services as needed, including counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources. | 3 | 15% | • | Ensure that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, including those with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and histories of homelessness. | 4 | 15% | • | Collaborate with other teams, divisions, and departments to support client, division, and department goals | 5 | 5% | • | Track and report outcomes relevant to division and department goals as needed. | 6 | 5% | | | | | | | |
