Direct project teams, maintain all project deliverables including project scheduling for multiple projects simultaneously, contract management, vendor management, risk management, change management, issue management, and status reporting. Provide oversight in testing methodology to include test plans. Oversee all aspects of project execution, using best practice project management methodology. Mentor others in project management tasks / methodology. Responsible for assuring projects are on-budget, on-time, and delivered with the expected value to the stakeholders and sponsors. To include RFP requirements gathering, RFP development and management, review of RFP responses facilitate business unit reviews for multiple vendors, rankings, selection, price negotiations, procurement, and manage implementation of solutions.
