Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Participates in project planning and logistics, participant recruitment, project implementation, and evaluation. | 1 | 35% | • | Collects and analyzes project data and develops reports regarding the status of projects, contracts, vendor arrangements, and participant engagement. Drafts and distributes correspondence with service providers and project participants. | 2 | 30% | • | Maintains project records and reviews grant requirements to ensure compliance with established guidelines, timelines, and performance measures. | 3 | 20% | • | Schedules meetings and other project events and assists with organizing project activities.
