Documents and reports status of performance measures and develops solutions to overcome obstacles | 3 | 10% | • | Establishes training schedules, prioritizes daily operations, and maintains personnel reports and work schedules | 4 | 10% | • | Promotes good community/public and personal relations with both internal and external stakeholders | 5 | 5% | • | Maintains the Wake County fire training facility and grounds as required | 6 | 5% | • | Assists with developing and managing the fire training center budget | 7 | 5% | | | | | | | |
